The ring looks exactly as pictured. It's heavy and looks great... BUT... IT IS NOT TUNGSTEN CARBIDE. It's TUNGSTEN. There's a difference. I play beach volleyball and work with my hands a lot and didn't scratch it at all but it was still very disappointing to see the inscription inside the ring say tungsten when you're expecting tungsten carbide.

I bought this ring for my husband as when he lost his old one and I have to say it stands up to its description.
